"What's for dinner?" I asked.

"We could make hamburgers but we don't have any buns."

"I just got done driving home from work for 45 minutes. Do you want to go to the store for buns? We need chips and ice, too."

"No, I don't want to go to the store."

"Well, then I guess we could have hamburger pancakes." I replied.      

"We could have what?"

"Hamburger pancakes. You know, just make regular hamburgers but make'em a little thinner and bigger around and then eat them with butter and syrup just like pancakes!"
