Here you see the fruit of my brutal determination. Yes, this webpage is what I'm talking about. I stayed up so late last night writing the previous post, that I felt lousy when I got up this morning.

I felt even lousier when the car that I had just finished fixing the brakes on (but that's a story for another time) balked at being awoken (should that be awakened? Ah, well) and only barely got me to work. I still am tired and it is late again tonight. A few minutes ago, I looked up at the clock as I was fixing my wife a grilled cheese sandwich for her dinner (I wasn't and still am not hungry) and noted that the ten o'clock hour I had vowed would be my bedtime tonight had already slipped unnoticed through my fingers.

Nonetheless, I refused to let the time deter me from making this project a habit. I not only have taken a moment to capture the briefest of snapshots of my life (see the above paragraph), I have also added a quote from one of my favorite works by one of my favorite authors to the home page of this website. A quote, by the way that seems very appropriate to this post.
